Kim Rugg

This stamp has been chopped up into tiny pieces and glued to the envelope. Since its the physical value of the stamp that allows the letter to be sent it was successfully delivered.

Kim Rugg plays around with this sort of thing a lot in her work and it totally fascinates me.
I can't help wondering about the lack of an address.
It's currently being exhibited in the Nettie Horn gallery on Vyner Street in London. Cool.

  1. Dear Verity,
I am glad you enjoyed the work.
the address was originaly writen in pencil and sent to myself, when the letter is returned I simply rub it out.
    About 20 % don't make it>
